I had the oppurtunity to work on several projects which involves Simple, Medium and Complex logic and short to long term on the time basis. Few projects which I feel complex in nature or critical with time line.

Map Consolidation

Customer ETPI, Cardinal-Health

Being part of the team in Map consolidation project, we made 400 maps into 40 maps which made maintenance of the application easy. The transaction sets include 832, 850, 855, 856, 810 and 865. We used Cross Reference tables as the key for consolidation.

Complex mapping

Customer ETPI, Cardinal-Health

Developed complex map for Cardinal.com where the logic is so complex that it has multiple outputs with multiple targets. Most of the Non EDI orders flow through this map. It has multiple loop controls as well.

DR Excersize

We performed Disaster Recovery test and my role is Disaster Recovery Lead and activities I performed are collaboration work with DB, UNIX and Backup recovery team, MQ team and with internal team members for planning, execution and testing of the DR test for the year 2011.

Project Emerald

AstraZeneca Cyclone-TRACE

Data center migration. Developed the Re-routing logic for Gateway Interchange application data. The design made it easy for the implmentors to migrate the applications from the old data center to the new data center without business discontinuity. The technologies included are Axway Interchange, IBM MQ, SAP SD and other internal applications.

Product Support

Product support in nature is different from services support.

I had challenging time in the beginiing of the product support for Axway Interchange and its flavors. It is technically more challenging because tickets raised by talented services support teams and their architects. I learnt how to reproduce the issues, source code verification, best practices and most importantly how to recover from production issues.
